MASSAGE - KINESITHERAPY
Physiotherapy, or physiotherapy more generally, is a paramedical speciality that uses a range of active techniques (specific muscle-building exercises, gymnastics) or passive techniques (stretching, massage, electrostimulation, mobilisation) to maintain or restore a patient's motor and sensory functions. It acts on several areas of the body, including bones, joints and muscles.
In this way, it increases the patient's functional capacity, enabling them to carry out the tasks of daily life, as in the case of a stroke.
